If I ever thought standards had dropped and customer service not up to expectations, I would have no hesitation in taking my car elsewhere. As a repeat customer since 2007; I'd like to think over time we have built up a good customer relationship.

I found Carl in Sales to be exceptionally polite, not pushy, treated us with respect and was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale process. In fact my wife said it was the best "buying a car" experience ever!

The heated rear window was replaced and the service staff were not happy to release the car to me. Due to the very cold weather they were not certain that the bonding process would have been successful. The use of the courtesy car was extended.

I booked vehicle in at 10.00 am, and my lift collected me at 11.00 am, as arranged, but my X3 was still in the car park when I left, not started working on it!

Completely satisfied, but the non service inclusive charges are too expensive. As the car gets older and service inclusive runs out, I will have to look elsewhere for a cheaper service solution. Nice to get a brand new car as a service loan vehicle.

What was involved in the service was clearly explained, and as far as I can tell was carried out in line with the vehicle service schedule. The car was not cleaned due to lack of time, but I was offered a free clean at any time to suit me.
She kept me fully informed throughout my wait and resolved a problem with a sensor issue and costs to both our satisfaction.

Went into garage on Saturday to look at cars and picked it up on Thursday.
The car was beautifully presented and the sales person Eddy Greenhalgh was enthusiastic and very polite
