I particularly enjoyed the video sent during the day that showed underneath the vehicle and the comments made by the service engineer.

Cooper Malton organised the necessary collection of my car and delivery of a courtesy car. There was then a problem with the data, vehicle reg. None of which was the fault of their dealership. However they went above and beyond to sort this out.

Took a little longer than expected, but did come back cleaned.
I was especially pleased on my last visit to Malton as the lady on the service desk accompanied me outside to locate the car instead of just handing me the keys. I felt she took that extra bit of care.
The valeting was a bit slack
The work was diagnosed on inspection, the work was carried out swiftly and the staff were extremely attentive to my convenience.
Really nice and helpful staff
As above, great service and attention to detail. I love the fact that they will pick your car up and deliver it back to you when the service has been completed. This saves me having to book time off work to do this.
Generally overall a very good service. The only reason for not having a perfect score was the full information not being provided Before turning up.

Because even though the car was 7 days out of warranty when the fault arrived, it was resolved under warranty which was a fair outcome.
Good friendly service
Much more helpful, welcoming and personal and feels less of a rip off than when dealing with BMW national call centre. In the past prices have been hefty for repairs, but sometimes they are flexible because I am such a regular customer

Easy to book service,
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff cannot be faulted. They were good humoured, attentive and helpful.
The service was booked through the central booking system. I was given the wrong price (charged more than double the quote),given the wrong time for waiting (quoted 1.5 hours whereas it was 3 hours) and not told an upgrade (1-2 hours extra) was neede

Although the service I received was acceptable in my opinion there is some items in the service procedure should be included in every one.For example on this service tyre pressure are not include even though I had reported a problem with them.
