I booked in for end of warranty check and specifically said the a/c was broken. The car was returned with a/c still blowing hot, and charged me £143 for a/c refresh I hadn't asked for. Poor attitude from service desk still waiting response from mgr.
The service team at Malton are excellent. The quality of service is consistently good - the team are helpful and very understanding of my limited knowledge of mechanics!! I can usually arrange service appointments to suit my busy diary.
Very good service & customer care. Issue diagnosed, car booked in, loan car arranged; progress update leading to fault rectified & car cleaned before collection. A very strong impression of customer service.

very satisfied the car went in for its air conditioning as it was very smelly, two days later the smell was back again without hesitation the car went back in on the same day and a loan car was provided whilst I went shopping

They performed a Service, albeit a simple one, promptly and well, and also took time to answer some questions about maintenance that I asked.

My wife asked service whether they would replicate Ocean BMW's offer of a Summer service for £59.95. They said they could so she booked in the car and on arrival was told it would take longer as the car wa due a free service as it had the 5 year....
My last visit was for the car to go through the MOT test which it passed
The staff are superb. As always it is a pleasure to visit and catch up with the staff. Both my wife and I feel part of the family there. Such a friendly atmosphere.

After 2 visits and delay of several hours to the second, not convinced the issue (shock absorbers?) has been bottomed. But super loan car!

The courtesy car that I got when I handed mine in for a service was brilliant. I had to have it over the weekend and then added an extra day on due to work inconvenience. They were very flexible and helped out where they could.

Max Horncastle the sales representative I purchased my car with is a little green. It would have been five stars but he questioned my integrity in a flippant manner on two occasions, hence only awarding four stars.
Excellent service, slightly disappointed as couldn't get the red strip seats for my 1 series.

Excellent personal service (Andy Plant) going above and beyond what both I and I am sure BMW would ordinarily expect. Exceptional, individual, friendly service not often found when purchasing a car.
