Good, friendly and efficient staff
Your prices have been hiked and BMW service prices are very expensive.Now starting to look at using other providers as BMW service & repair prices becoming uncompetitive.
The car was picked up from my home at the specified time, I was informed by phone when it was on the way back following it's service and I was provided with a video of the visual check that had been performed. All involved were polite & efficient.
The staff member couplet of been more helpful, she went above and beyond to help me out if a stressful situation.

they had to fit a new tyre which had been damaged. They did a good job but I am afraid the price of the tyre was ridiculous, local price in Scarborough for the same tyre £138, BMW price. £180 not good. Unhappy!
Car valeting could have been better, done in a rush and inside of car not done, or at least didnt look like it had been, minor in respect of everything else but still something that should be done right as it is offered as part of the service.

ALISON was very helpful. I am new to area and was looked after well and my car has been sorted very quickly.
There was talk of a video of the work being sent but to date nothing has been received. It would have been interesting to see what was done
Not an issue with Malton as such, but I am unsure what was actually done. Was the brake fluid changed? Or was it just checked? How can I find out?

The service record stated a video of my car being serviced was sent. This was not explained or received.

Came from whitby arranged day off when I arrived the car apparently didnt need a service so why wasnt this picked up when I called and gave mileage not happy

You rang to say my car would be ready in 20 minutes - I arrived expecting the car to be ready - 40 minutes later the car was brought back to me - I could have used that 40 minutes to do things I needed to do in town. Frustrating & not the first time
I had to return the vehicle after the service due to oil being present under the vehicle and on my driveway. this was cleaned and rechecked at Cooper Malton and given the all clear

Unfortunately, although I had been told the car had been cleaned, it had not. I had cleaned the car myself a couple of days before the service so perhaps they felt it did not need it!
Friendly reception and work done satisfactorily.
Jade took ownership of my service and was there from start to finish. I was informed, sent a video of the inspection and my questions were answered there and then. I cannot fault the dealership.
Car underwent a health check. Kept informed at every step and everything was explained in detail. Video was a excellent to show the underneath of the car, innovative procedure.
Staff are polite and efficient. Time keeping is impecibbly. They are happy to fit in extra little jobs with out hesitation. Returned my car after its first service looking like a brand new car again . Loved the free lattes and biscuits in reception

Originally I dealt with Paul Broad who's been brilliant throughout. No pressure, just the advice, support and help that I wanted answering when buying the car. Then I was introduced to Andy, who showed genuine enthusiasm and care prior to test drive.
A little unhpful and not proactive to find solutions
During my MOT/service I discovered I was due a new tyre. It wasn't urgent, but I was a little disappointed the tyre wasn't available there & then.
they were just so "on the ball" and informative- even sent me a video of the car underneath !!!!
I was advised that servicing would take 1.25/1.50 hours when in fact I was there 3 hours. Even then car valeting was not completed. I had to ask for updates, and felt service by desk staff was perfunctory.
The personal service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble from all the team at Cooper Malton.

The experience was pleasant but handover of the new car was a little protracted. But the environmental conditions in the BMW Centre meant the wait was comfortable.
