Service team agreed to collect the car from home and take it to Malton for service as I had to be at home on the day of the service. Car returned with details of action taken and recommendation for a further appointment later in the year.

i have a quality assured used bmw, it's far from new, but MOT passed without incident with no work to be done, except routine air con and brake fluid service

Booked online in accordance with lights shown in car for total of £191. Told on arrival that in car system only ever tells half the story and price was really over £400.
