The problem I entered the service centre with remains exactly the same.
This is an excellent dealership. I bought my first BMW from them and I have just ordered my new car. Nothing is too much trouble, they are, without doubt, excellent.
i have a quality assured used bmw, it's far from new, but MOT passed without incident with no work to be done, except routine air con and brake fluid service
Booked online in accordance with lights shown in car for total of £191. Told on arrival that in car system only ever tells half the story and price was really over £400.
I am confident that the work which was carried out was to the highest standard, but a routine tyre check and the replacement of two tyres (which had been pre-ordered) took two hours a little too long

My car had a headlight out, I know this wasn't part of the service it was booked in for, but I would have expected someone to at least point it out and then maybe offer to fix it.

Dirty non road legal car given to me as it had no screen wash in it, also had less than 25 mile on the reserve tank so I had to put a 10er in to get home. When I rang up they didn't care so i reported it to BMW.

Customer service at this particular Coopers (Malton) was exemplary unlike some other Coopers.
Cooper Malton Customer service is 5 star, they make sure you are happy and if they don't have the answer they will keep at it till they do.

I purchased my car in September 2018 from Stratstone Leeds. I was informed at the time that the first service was free of charge from any BMW dealer in the group. Because I work in Malton it was serviced there and they said I was to be charged £278.
