Your prices have been hiked and BMW service prices are very expensive.Now starting to look at using other providers as BMW service & repair prices becoming uncompetitive.

The car was picked up from my home at the specified time, I was informed by phone when it was on the way back following it's service and I was provided with a video of the visual check that had been performed. All involved were polite & efficient.

they had to fit a new tyre which had been damaged. They did a good job but I am afraid the price of the tyre was ridiculous, local price in Scarborough for the same tyre £138, BMW price. £180 not good. Unhappy!

Car valeting could have been better, done in a rush and inside of car not done, or at least didn’t look like it had been, minor in respect of everything else but still something that should be done right as it is offered as part of the service.
